District 6080 Grants
Thank you for your interest in applying for a District Simplified Grant. These grants are designed to be simple to implement and to report on. Twenty two $1000 grants will be available for the year 2008-2009 and require a 50% match from your club. Please download the application, print or type the information, and attach additional documentation if necessary. The deadline is October 15, 2008. Due to the popularity of these grants, late applications will not be accepted. Applications should be mailed, faxed, or emailed to Susan Hart. Susan Hart
