1. Every club will enhance their club by developing a strategic plan (Ex: visioning or goal setting for 3-5 years).
2. Every club will have a service project (club, community, or international) that aligns with the Six Areas of Focus (Peace and Conflict Prevention/Resolution, Disease prevention and treatment, Water and sanitation, Maternal and child health, Basic education and literacy, Economic and community development).
3. Every club will engage in a media promotion to increase the club’s public image (Ex: hold an event and get the media involved, do a PR campaign, promote your website, get on Facebook, get on Twitter, etc.).
4. Every club will support a Rotary Youth Program from the Fifth Avenue of Service that is New Generations: Youth Exchange, RYLA, Interact, Rotaract (Ex: sponsor a YE or RYLA student, hold a 4-Way Test YouTube Video Contest for high school students, have a service project and include Interact and Rotaract).
5. Every club will have at least three members attending the District Conference (Ex: past president to receive awards, current president to be introduced to district, members of the club’s trivia team).
6. Every club will select a Trainer and develop a Rotary Training Program to educate members about Rotary and to increase leader participation at the district level (Ex: send members to Rotary Leadership Institute-RLI or Rotary International Leadership Institute-RILI or develop your own program).
