Organized by the 5 Rotary Clubs of Springfield. Rock-n-Ribs has raised nearly $700,000 since 1999 to benefit children's charities in the Ozarks. IT'S A PARTY!! Over 20,000 people attend the Friday night and Saturday event at Bass Pro to sample the cooking of over 60 BBQ teams competing for coveted prizes in the KC BBQ Society sanctioned event.
