District 6080 Goals 2010-2011

The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International

• TRF Annual Fund: $300,000
• TRF Permanent Fund: Two new named Endowments; 15 new Major Donors; 25 new Benefactors; 10 new Bequest Society members
• 20 Star clubs ($100 per capita); 100 Paul Harris Fellows; Every club contribute to TRF; EREY
• Polio Plus: $60,000
• First Annual District 6080 TRF Banquet & Celebration 12 November 2010; 10 new P Harris Society

Membership

• Every club one net new member by 15 March 2011
• Every club retain 90% of membership
• Conduct 5 official New Club Surveys; 2 new Charters before 15 May
• Conduct TRF and Membership seminars in conjunction with District Conference 15, 16 Oct 2010

Club Service

• Every club achieve >90% completion/compliance on DaCdb
• Every club complete officer election by 01 December 2010
• Every club achieve the Presidential Citation for 2010-2011

Vocational Service

• Every new member give a vocation/classification talk
• Hold four or more vocation service programs
• Every club participate in vocation/career programs in their local schools

Community Service

• Every club participate in a hunger project
• Every club participate in a literacy project

International Service

• Complete inbound & outbound Group Study Exchange with RID 9640, Australia
• Successfully complete 20 inbound and outbound Youth Exchange students.
• Every club have a member participate in a Rotary Fellowship
• Award three Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarships
• Be recognized as a Peace Builder District with additional $25,000 contribution
