Rotaract

Our Rotaract chair has recently had to resign as career changes have made it difficult to continue. District 6080 is currently looking for someone to chair the Rotaract section of Youth Services. Essentially the duties would be to assist other Rotaract clubs if they have questions. Also, before DG Mike Beahon’s passing he had created a specific goal of developing 2 new Rotaract clubs during the 2014-15 year. As you know, Rotaract clubs are sponsored by a Rotary club. Currently I have contact information for 4 Rotaract clubs. I would be happy to share all of the tools that I have in order to continue with Mike’s vision.

For more information contact Cathy Libey [email protected]

Check your profile on DaCdb to be sure all the information is accurate and current.

and volunteers from One Sole Purpose distributed 350 pairs of shoes to the students at McGregor. Click here for the coverage.

This is the second project that the Springfield Metro Rotary Club has shared with us.

What is YOUR club doing? Let me know so it can be shared with the other clubs in our district.

Social media is every club member’s responsibility

A social media post is like a stone skipping across a pond: Each comment or retweet makes new ripples. Rotary clubs and districts can make the most of the talents of their marketing and PR directors by designating them the key content creators, but all members should be charged with contributing to content.
