Missouri Rotary Youth Leadership Academy (RYLA) Learn more: www.MORYLA.org RYLA is a 3 1/2 day service and leadership academy for high school incoming or outgoing sophomores. It's intense fun and an intensive learning experience. Missouri RYLA is sponsored by Rotary clubs throughout Missouri. Students apply and are selected for participation through a local Rotary club in their communities. Each Rotary club selects and sponsors one student to participate in the Academy each year, and the $400 participation fee is paid by the student's sponsoring Rotary club.
